Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Project Manager - IT / Finance Revenue Reconciliation to support a high-impact initiative focused on resolving critical revenue reporting and reconciliation challenges following quarter close. This Project Manager - IT / Finance Revenue Reconciliation will work within IT while partnering closely with Finance and business stakeholders to investigate missing revenue details, coordinate cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution. What you'll do
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, revenue teams and upstream business partners.
  • Drive investigations and resolution of upstream issues resulting in missing or incomplete revenue reconciliation details.
  • Coordinate meetings and working sessions across IT, Finance and business stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and bring together the appropriate stakeholders to resolve reporting, coding, booking and pricing-related issues.
  • Document meeting outcomes, action items, owners, risks, dependencies and deadlines.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure action items are completed and blockers are escalated.
  • Partner with IT teams to understand system, reporting, data and process dependencies.
  • Maintain project plans, issue logs, status reports and communication cadence throughout the engagement.
  • Support Finance in locating missing revenue details and improving reconciliation processes.
  • Drive operational execution to keep this critical initiative moving forward.

What we're looking for
  • Experience as a Project Manager - IT / Finance Revenue Reconciliation or in a similar IT/Finance project management role.
  • Proven ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting Finance, revenue reporting, reconciliation or financial operations.
  • Understanding of upstream and downstream business processes and how system inputs affect reporting outputs.
  • Knowledge of revenue reporting, booking, pricing, coding or financial controls.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple workstreams in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with ERP, financial systems or quarter-end/month-end close processes is preferred.
