Job Description:

Develops and implements program plans and strategies in accordance with supported customer requirements, policies and guidelines. Develops and coordinates preparation of program documentation and briefing materials to clearly communicate program strategies, goals and objectives, and supports program execution within established cost, schedule and performance parameters. Analyzes customer requirements, develops course of action, makes sound recommendations and implements actions to ensure program success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage small to midsize projects, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project completion.
  • Review detailed project plans and budgets, develop schedules, and monitor progress throughout the lifespan of the project.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and address any issues promptly.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level project engineers, providing support and fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with Project Management senior personnel to develop strategies for project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
