SEIS Sales - Dealer Support & Accounting Coordinator
This hybrid Schaumburg, IL / remote position is responsible for dealer accounting and reporting for our sales team. Working with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence, Legal, and Marketing, you will deliver world-class F&I sales for agricultural, construction, and material handling equipment.
Under regular supervision, this entry level individual contributor will be accountable for execution of all aspects of dealer accounting and reporting for their SEIS.

SEIS Sales - Dealer Support & Accounting Coordinator

This hybrid Schaumburg, IL / remote position is responsible for dealer accounting and reporting for our sales team. Working with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence, Legal, and Marketing, you will deliver world-class F&I sales for agricultural, construction, and material handling equipment.

Under regular supervision, this entry level individual contributor will be accountable for execution of all aspects of dealer accounting and reporting for their SEIS.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and distributes outgoing dealer invoices
  • Processes incoming payments including posting and reconciling accounts receivables ledger entries
  • Deposits receipts
  • Facilitates dealer collections by sending invoice reminders and contacting dealers with overdue balances
  • Generates reports detailing dealer invoice receivable status
  • Works with dealers to reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing questions
  • Prepare and process commissions and other payments to dealers
  • Processes marketing and sales expense invoices including payment delivery and ledger entries
  • Documents monthly sales and marketing expenditures for dealer trips and sales conferences
  • Runs reports and analysis from our customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Stores and organizes dealer contracts
  • Implements continuous improvement activities, delivering improved operational processes, increased efficiency, and improved sales conversion rates
  • Maintains knowledge of contract terms and conditions to suggest modifications to contract terms and conditions to improve the product
  • Special projects as assigned by management
  • Active participation on the Sales team

Requirements / Skills:

  • Entry Level
  • Training, coursework or experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable including ledger entry is preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Business intelligence tools like PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik are a plus.
  • Hybrid position: minimum of two days per week in Schaumburg, IL
  • Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
  • Demonstrated experience as follows:
