Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Finance Coordinator – Entry Level to support project billing, cost tracking, reporting, and financial administration. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Enter and review routine cost, billing, purchase-order, and commitment information.
• Collect supporting documents and help maintain accurate project finance files.
• Update spreadsheets and reports, flag missing information, and follow up with project teams.
• Assist with billing packages, reconciliations, and month-end administrative tasks.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or accounting coursework is helpful.
• 0–2 years of office, bookkeeping, cash-handling, or data-entry experience.
• Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and confidential information.
