Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (Missile Assembly) - Entry Level for the Pike County Operations (PCO) team. Our team is responsible for creating hightech solutions in advanced missile manufacturing to meet the nextgeneration warfighter needs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for solving technical issues on the production shop floor, improving manufacturing processes, and integrating innovative technologies.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide handson shopfloor support to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.

  • Analyze engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions.

  • Integrate new assets and emerging technologies into the factory.

  • Support areawide continuousimprovement initiatives that drive quality and cost enhancements.

  • Investigate root causes of quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
