Reliance One is hiring for one of our trusted clients in the automotive industry! We are seeking multiple Entry-Level Product Quality Engineers to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Toledo, Ohio.


This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain valuable experience in automotive manufacturing, product quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve product quality concerns

• Support vehicle quality improvement initiatives

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams

• Drive continuous improvement activities on the plant floor

• Support vehicle launch and production quality activities

• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process and product improvements

• Assist with quality reporting and documentation


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
