Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Sr. Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role will support the Missile Solutions segment. Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Reports to Supervisor or higher.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
  • Work consists of less-routine tasks in contribution to changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
  • Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Hands-on-experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions).
