What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
  • Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
  • Collect and document data accurately
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
  • Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
  • Work across home, school, and clinic settings


What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
  • Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
  • Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required


Schedule in El Monte, CA:

  • Afternoon shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM
