Dependable Life Solutions is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Field Sales Representatives.

This is an opportunity to develop valuable sales and communication skills while working directly with customers in their homes. You'll meet with prospective clients, learn about their needs, explain available financial products and services, and guide qualified customers through the sales process.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you learn the role, strengthen your sales skills, and build confidence working with customers.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective customers in their homes and assigned local territory.
  • Build professional relationships and create a positive customer experience.
  • Ask questions to understand customers' needs, priorities, and goals.
  • Explain financial products and services in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns throughout the sales process.
  • Guide qualified customers from the initial conversation through the application or enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
  • Manage your daily appointments, schedule, and field activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
  • Work toward individual and team activity and sales goals.
  • Participate in training and continue developing your product and sales knowledge.

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Equipped with a mobile device for communication and work-related activities.
Compensation

This is a commission-based position with estimated annual earnings of $90,000-$145,000, depending on individual sales performance and other factors. Actual earnings may vary.
