We are partnering with a growing automotive manufacturing organization seeking a Production Planner to support production scheduling, inventory management, and customer fulfillment activities. This role will work closely with operations, customer service, purchasing, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure products are produced and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to balance production requirements, capacity, and inventory needs.
  • Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed to support changing priorities.

Inventory Management
  • Manage inventory levels to support customer service goals while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and identify opportunities to improve inventory performance.

Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
