Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group in West Islip, New York! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to support our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare organization. The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities while working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.ย 

What You'll Do:ย 

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilitiesโ€ฏย 

  • Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping functionsย 

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliationsย 

  • Support month-end and year-end close processesย 

  • Maintain financial records and documentationย 

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as neededย 

  • Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheetsย 

  • Support internal audits and special accounting projectsย
