Job Description 

Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring Unarmed Security Guards for part-time posts in Commerce. We're looking for officers who operate with integrity and respect, stand their ground when it counts, and stay alert throughout their shift. Comfort with patrolling on foot or by golf cart, handling trespassers and 5150 situations, and understanding trespassing law (Penal Code 602 CA) is highly valued. Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided for those who take the role seriously. 

Position Title: Unarmed Security Guard 
Job Type: Part-Time, Entry Level

🛡 What You'll Do 
  • Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors 
  • Perform hourly patrols on foot, golf cart, or Detex checkpoints 
  • Secure and guard the facility and designated areas on private property 
  • Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity 
  • Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents 
  • Able to work alone and stand your ground when situations require it 
  • Make sure all gates and locks are secured 
  • Communicate with the client for daily activity reports 
✔ What We're Looking For 
  • Valid California Guard Card (required) 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check 
  • Punctual, reliable, respectful, and professional 
  • Able to stand for entirety of shift and lift 15–20 lbs. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Familiarity with Penal Code 602 CA (Trespassing) — strongly preferred 
  • CPR/BLS or pepper spray training — preferred or open to training 
  • Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish  preferred 
  • High school diploma or equivalent — preferred
