Position: Recruiter - Entry Level
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting/Sales Manager
Synerfac is an industry-leading and growing recruiting company focused on providing opportunity. We provide technical staffing services and help businesses grow by solving their biggest recruiting challenges.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market. You will be connecting with job seekers via job sites, phone calls, and other electronic communication. You will learn interviewing, negotiating, closing, and onboarding skills. This is a collaborative team environment where you will work with others to solve problems and achieve common goals.
