This is an opportunity to join a top-notch Power Design Team within Renesas Electronics America's leading power management product line. As part of one of Renesas's most prominent BMS Design Groups, this Engineer will work on next-generation IC products for multiple fast paced consumer, industrial and automotive power products. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Digital Module design and simulation  
  • System level simulation and design verification including verification plan 
  • Work with Test and Application Engineering to develop validation plan 
  • Synthesis and P&R constraint generation, including clock tree specification 
  • Scan insertion and pattern generation 
  • Work with Product, Test, and Applications Engineering to complete product release 
  • Marketing and customer support 
Qualifications
  • Entry level role - We are only considering candidates BS with up to 2 years experience or a recent MS grad with 0 experience.
  • Digital experience in Verilog coding, Register file design, Serial interfaces, State machine, architectures, Clock domain crossing, Scan and self-test, Synthesis, Linting, STA, Automation scripting, Verification, including System Verilog knowledge 
  • Familiarity with Cadence design tools 
  • VerilogAMS coding aimed at functional verification a plus 
  • Must have a written and verbal cross-functional communication skills
