Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Some form of higher education in HR
Essential Position Responsibilities:
  • Respnsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of the HRIS.
  • Develop reports, assist users, act as the administrator of the HRIS, LMS, SharePoint, and other HR software platforms.
  • Process new hire paperwork which includes: entering information to HRIS, e-verify, PA Child Abuse History, and providing FMCC Safety Department with appropriate forms that are needed for Driver Qualification File
  • Instrumental in converting forms to an electronic format
  • Complete employment verification inquiries for past and present employees
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
