ENTRY LEVEL SALES ASSOCIATE

Seeking energetic and motivated individuals looking to break into the field of sales and marketing.

Aurora Marketing & Promotions is a marketing company working with nonprofit and commercial clients across various industries. Our company specializes in Face-to-Face event marketing for these businesses and we are looking to add to our event sales team.

At Aurora, you can expect full training to be provided, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth into leadership and management roles. Our ideal candidate is not the one who is most experienced, but rather the one who is most excited to move into a career-focused company, has well-developed people skills, and brings a winning mentality to work each day.

This is a Full-Time, In Person position in Anchorage, AK, with opportunities to travel and network with national leaders in the sales and marketing industry. No experience is necessary, rather we provide comprehensive training every morning. In training, you will be expected to have a good student mentality and learn our marketing systems in order to efficiently convert potential customers and meet daily goals. All sales reps will be at our retail/community events, speaking to leads one-on-one, under the supervision of their trainer from day one.
