Job description

Our main office is located in Chandler, AZ but we operate throughout the southwest and may need candidates throughout AZ, NM, TX, and beyond.
1) Purpose of Role
Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and fixture installation so residential/commercial remodel scopes meet plan requirements, safety rules, and quality standards.
2) Scope & Decision Rights
Responsible for site preparation, cleanup, and adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. Performs various construction and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties, which may include minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers.
3) Essential Duties and Standards
Owns: Demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and fixture install, and Site protection, cleanup, and punch-list closeout.
Supports: Minor electrical/plumbing under licensed direction and staging.
Recommends/Prepares: Detail improvements for fit and finish.
Escalates: Hazards, unplanned conditions, or drawing conflicts.

  • Demonstrated work practices including Communication, Problem Solving, and Teamwork.
  • OSHA 10, First Aid certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
