- Develop and maintain transmission and power flow models for congestion and grid analysis.
- Analyze transmission constraints, grid behavior, and system reliability to support market strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and researchers on transmission and market-related initiatives.
- Interpret ISO/RTO market rules, operational constraints, and transmission planning data.

- Strong experience with transmission modeling, load flow analysis, congestion analysis, interconnection studies, and grid optimization.
- Experience with linear programming and optimization techniques applied to transmission systems or energy markets.
- Strong proficiency in PSS®E, as well as experience with power system simulation and transmission models.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for modeling, automation, and data analysis.
- Experience developing analytical models, simulation tools, or large-scale data-driven solutions.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
