What You'll Do

  • Assist journeyman and master plumbers with residential plumbing repairs and installations
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems including leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
  • Help install and repair domestic water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
  • Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
  • Respond to service calls and emergency situations as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and continue developing technical skills
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every job

What We're Looking For

  • Prior residential plumbing experience required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends when needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments

Physical Requirements Include:

  • Working in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Climbing ladders and working on lifts when necessary
  • Working around pets and in residential environments
  • Ability to safely perform physically active plumbing work throughout the day
