What We're Looking For:

  • Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)

  • A proven track record of goodattendanceand consistent performancedeliveringconsistent safety and quality

  • Capabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutionswith diverse employees

  • Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)

  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)

  • Able to operate, performbasicphysical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment

  • Capabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions

  • Must be able toeffectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents

  • Mechanical interest and operational skills

  • Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results

  • Track quality and waste metrics

    • Emphasis on sanitation/cleaning

    • Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently

    • Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
