General Worker/Operator


Full Time- Hourly Pay

This is our entry level position in which you will work in many areas of the plant. A great starting point to develop your skills, create value, and work your way up. Starting off, you will be following instructions from the supervisor in handling supplies and materials. This position is in 12 hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with production line
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Place or prepare materials for processing – operate grinder
  • Store goods and materials in designated area
  • Pack goods to be shipped
  • Operate a forklift – skills evaluation to operate safely
  • Lift 60 lbs. max
  • Follow instructions from your supervisor
  • Work cooperatively with the production crew, shift

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
  • Demonstrate ability to use power tools safely and hand tools with training
  • Works efficiently and manages time effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions
