Plastics Operator - Entry Level Manufacturing - New Knoxville Plant - 2nd Shift
TOP PAY $22.55/hour! PLUS SHIFT PREMIUM OF $1.50/hour!
New Knoxville Plant - 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:45 PM - 10:55 PM
Job Duties
  • Operate all injection molding machines and rotate as needed.
  • Perform hand painting on parts.
  • Perform pre-post checks on all parts.
  • Assemble parts with glue.
  • Load material into machine hoppers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Be able to perform basic math.
  • Use handheld gauges and hand tools as necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Per 8 hr. shift (stand 8 hrs., occasionally walk 4 hrs. within workspaces), occasionally squat, climb, balance, push/pull, reach below knee level, torque, work above chest level, and frequently bend, lift, and carry (frequently lifting and carrying from 0-10 lbs. occasionally from 11-50 lbs.) Must be able to see, distinguish colors, grasp items firmly, and use fine finger manipulation. Must be able to work in a moderately noisy environment that includes exposure to heat, dust, paint, ink, solvents, and oil.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Read blueprints, basic math, remember, reason, and analyze.
