General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level - We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Sarasota, FL. Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean. This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria to foster a positive and efficient workforce that aligns with Leadpoint's culture. NO DIPLOMA OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! Multiple Shifts Available, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays mandatory) 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 2nd Shift - 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm As a full-time General Laborer / Sorter, you’ll earn $15.45 - $15.97 per hour, on 1st and 2nd shift.
