Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion and growth efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to join our sales team across multiple markets. You'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our growth goals by engaging and phone interviewing candidates who embody the Improveit spirit - driven, customer-focused, and passionate about making a difference.
What you will do:
  • Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Send assessments to select candidates, ensuring they make it through this critical stage of the candidate funnel and on to the first interview.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate's experience.
  • Update our applicant tracking system as candidates move through the pipeline.
  • Enter your daily/weekly stats in our reporting system.
