Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician (Remote)

Start Your Career in Pharmacy!

Are you a recent college graduate or someone looking to begin a career in healthcare? We are seeking motivated individuals for Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician positions. No previous pharmacy experience is required, and self-paced training will be provided.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Assignment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Anticipated Start Date: September 8, 2026, through year-end

Position Overview

Join the C4 Team and help support patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies by assisting with medication-related inquiries and prior authorization requests. This is a fully remote position that requires strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, professional environment.

Work Schedule

Work schedules may include:

  • Evenings
  • One weekend day

Candidates must be available to work any assigned schedule. Schedules are assigned based on business needs and are not negotiable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong office and computer skills, including:

  • Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic understanding of VPN connections
  • Ability to locate and open desktop applications
  • Understanding of how to download and save documents
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions such as copy and paste
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, including:
    • Channels versus Chats
    • Locating files
    • Screen sharing and ending screen sharing sessions
  • Ability to work efficiently using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously

Important: Computer proficiency and reading comprehension assessments will be administered prior to hire. A passing score is required to receive an offer of employment.

  • Personal responsibilities, including caregiving duties, cannot interfere with work hours.
  • The expectation is that your home office environment mirrors a traditional office setting, allowing you to remain focused and available throughout your scheduled shift.

Internet Requirements

  • Dedicated, secure high-speed internet service
  • Minimum speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Cable, DSL, or fiber internet only
  • Wireless home internet services, mobile hotspots, and 5G solutions (including T-Mobile or Verizon Home Internet) are not permitted
  • Reliable connection with no recurring data loss or service interruptions

Equipment Requirements

  • Company-issued equipment must be used at all times.
  • Personal computers and devices are not permitted for job-related activities.
