The Commercial Operations Department is looking for a candidate that will primarily function to ensure quality control of specialty pharmacy data. The data quality analyst will work directly with internal and external parties to communicate status and issues and resolve open data questions.

Candidate will work with Commercial Systems, Sales Analytics, Commercial Compliance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Sales Training, the Field Force, IT and external parties (including, but not limited to Specialty Pharmacies, Distributors, and Data Aggregators) to resolve and follow up on all inquiries and open issues. Additionally, Candidate will be responsible for a portion of daily/weekly/quarterly reporting related to NINLARO, ICLUSIG, and ALUNBRIG. Candidate must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have a determined attitude towards ensuring professional customer support. Candidate must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is a team oriented person with a goal driven attitude.

Qualifications:

1-2 years Applicable Industry Experience

Advanced computer skills with in depth knowledge of MS, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience with tools for business data analytics

Customer service experience

Experience with MDM and CRM systems is preferred.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Fully understand importance of data integrity

Positive interpersonal skills

Project management experience a plus

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly quality control (QC) processes, activities, and vendors/contactors of specialty pharmacy data. These processes include refining procedures to check specialty pharmacy data for timeliness, completion, and quality

Conduct data cleanup activities to ensure integrity of data

Manual assembly, management, and quality control of reports in support of the distribution, sales, networks, and market access teams. Manual reports are required that due to resource restraints, still evolving requirements, or high costs of integrations

Entering Help Desk Tickets for technical issues as needed, and tracking until resolved

Understand correct person/group each inquiry should be routed to (if routing required)

Collaborate and work with a variety of cross-functional groups Commercial Systems, Sales

Analytics, Commercial Compliance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Sales Training, Field Force, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.

Assist with BI Platform and system change user acceptance testing

Qualifications

Qualifications:
