Role Overview
The Business Development Administrator serves as the administrative engine of the Business Development department, providing essential reporting, data management, and operational support to facilitate departmental growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this individual will manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics that allow the team to scale effectively. This is an entry-level, high-impact role designed for a motivated professional looking to master the foundations of business operations with a clear path toward future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data & Reporting: Manage internal reporting and data analysis within Salesforce and Monday.com to track upcoming projects and departmental performance.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate the creation of audit forms, questionnaires, surveys, and quoting documentation to streamline the business development lifecycle.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for the engineering department regarding project-specific reporting and data requests.
