Location: Pentagon City, VA (Arlington) Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship & ability to obtain/maintain NACI clearance

CEC is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide entry-level administrative and clerical support to DEA Human Resources offices. This role supports routine HR administrative tasks and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine clerical and administrative support tasks
  • Enter data into automated systems and maintain HR files
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute HR documentation
  • Assist HR staff with basic administrative needs
  • Create and distribute standard HR reports

Requirements: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-06 Federal HR Administrative Support Specialist duties Ability to perform routine administrative and clerical tasks Experience creating and distributing HR reports Experience using automated systems to maintain HR files Experience using Federal HR and office systems (NFC, eOPF, MS Office Suite, USA Staffing, EmpowerHR, eQIP)
