• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify behavioral health needs, determine diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement care strategies while continuously evaluating patient data to ensure effectiveness and appropriateness of care.
• Maintain familiarity with medical diagnoses and terminology to communicate effectively with physicians regarding patients' behavioral health requirements.
• Advise healthcare professionals on psycho-social issues, guiding them in the management of cases that intersect with physical health challenges.
• Deliver care in a manner that optimizes patient safety and minimizes the risk of healthcare errors, adhering to best practices and protocols.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, spanning from children to the elderly, each presenting unique behavioral health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a related field.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services, particularly in psychiatric contexts.
• Certification in the safe management of disruptive and assaultive behavior.
• Flexibility to manage a varied caseload and adjust to shifting patient needs.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar healthcare setting.
