Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst I (BSA I) is an entry-level to early-career role designed to build a strong foundation in healthcare software, technology integrations, and agile product development. The BSA I supports senior analysts and product teams by documenting requirements, assisting with analysis, and learning the full software development lifecycle within a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Support user stories, workflows, and process documentation
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Support testing and UAT activities
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams
• Learn healthcare data and integration concepts (FHIR, HL7) under guidance
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or internships
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
