Job description

Law Firm (Firm) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Paralegal with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in civil litigation to join our growing legal team.

Position Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

· Strong knowledge of California state court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines.

· Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic court filing systems.

· Family law experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

  • Starting compensation: $35.00 per hour or higher, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

Work Location:

This is an in-office position only. Applicants must be able to work at either of our office locations:

  • Irvine, California, or
  • Diamond Bar, California.

Remote work is not available for this position.
