We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Thrive team!

As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will be part of a positive, family-oriented environment and collaborate closely with other disciplines to provide the best patient care possible. The ideal candidate is compassionate, positive, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
  • Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals
  • Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care
  • Maintain records of patient therapy and progress
