Job description

BA Global Talent is seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans on-site to help them regain function and mobility.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
  • Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and athletic trainers, to coordinate patient care.
  • Document patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
    Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current New Jersey license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
