We have part-time openings on afternoon and closing shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Cafe Yumm! Crossroads on Gateway St near the end of the Randy Pape Beltline in Springfield, OR.

Only those available to work afternoon and closing shifts will be considered. Preference will be given to those with flexible availability.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

  • Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $6.39/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
  • Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
  • Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements:

  • 16 years of age or older.
  • Possess "can do" attitude.
  • Arrive on time for every shift.
  • Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience:

  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit.
  • Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
  • Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
