Position Title: Treasury Systems Analyst II, Kyriba & Oracle Fusion
Location: Atlanta, GA (May consider Frisco, TX)

Position Summary:
The Treasury Systems Analyst supports the applications, integrations, and technology processes used to manage the company's global treasury and payment operations. This role will primarily support the company's Treasury Management System, including Kyriba, and its integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud, banking platforms, and other financial systems.
The analyst will partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, IT, external vendors, and banking partners to maintain system configurations, troubleshoot production issues, support secure payment processing, validate financial data, and deliver system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting a treasury management system or Oracle Financials environment, with exposure to treasury, cash management, payments, bank connectivity, general ledger, or financial integrations. Direct Kyriba experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite experience may also be considered when their background includes treasury, cash management, general ledger, banking, payments, or related financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba, and related financial applications.
  • Support integrations between Kyriba, Oracle Fusion Cloud, banking platforms, and other upstream and downstream systems.
  • Maintain and support treasury-system configurations, banking information, interfaces, reports, and application setups.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving payment processing, bank statements, wire transfers, secure disbursements, cash management, and financial-system integrations.
  • Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Analyze application issues, data flows, and upstream and downstream impacts to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Support Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, particularly functionality related to Treasury, Cash Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable.
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to investigate production issues and verify system results.
  • Coordinate with developers, application teams, vendors, banks, and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and deliver system enhancements.
  • Create functional requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and supporting system documentation.
  • Coordinate and execute system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, including documenting and managing defects through resolution.
  • Assist with application implementations, upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements, and treasury-technology initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, system documentation, training materials, and support guides.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the reliability, efficiency, and control of Treasury and Finance technology processes.
  • Provide production support for time-sensitive Treasury and Finance activities, including payment processing and financial close periods when needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, or in a similar application-support role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting at least one of the following:
    • A Treasury Management System
    • Oracle Fusion Financials
    • Oracle E-Business Suite Financials
    • A comparable enterprise financial or payment-management platform
  • Experience with one or more treasury or financial processes, such as:
    • Treasury operations
    • Cash management
    • Payment processing
    • Bank connectivity or bank-statement processing
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Accounts Payable when combined with broader treasury, cash, banking, or financial-systems experience
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into system or functional solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting system, integration, or production-support issues.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, or issue investigation.
  • Experience supporting testing activities and tracking defects through resolution.
  • Ability to work across Finance, Treasury, Accounting, IT, vendor, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting Kyriba or another enterprise Treasury Management System.
  • 3+ or more years of experience supporting treasury, financial, ERP, or payment-management systems.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials or an Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Experience with treasury-related integrations, payment systems, banking interfaces, or bank-statement processing.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
  • Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Kyriba reporting, or comparable financial reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting system configurations, reports, application setups, upgrades, or production enhancements within a large enterprise environment.
