This role will take end to end responsibility for the design, development, implementation and support of the Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning modules of the Enabling Programme IT solution. 

In support of this the role will also own talent management data integration with other systems and legacy systems talent management data migration. 

Design, develop, implement and support Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning to meet the requirements of the business 

Be an IT business partner for the Talent Management function and drive continuous improvements across the Talent Management systems landscape 

Design and support the solution for Talent Management integration with other systems and third party providers Manage the solution for legacy Talent Management data migration 

Seek, introduce and support leading practice IT HR processes 

Support the retirement of legacy Talent Management systems 

Assist HCM lead with design and deployment of Talent Management data in the Cloud HCM module 

Assist Compensation lead with design and deployment of Talent Management data in the Cloud Workforce Compensation module 

Create and maintain Talent Management systems documentation and standards 

Gather and document business requirements 

Configure application modules 

Create functional specification documents with business 

Assist developers with technical specification documents 

Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing activities 

Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required 

Responsible for driving adherence to project milestones, including implementing appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from plan 

Report and highlight workstream risks and issues to the project management team
