The Center on Aging and Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Erwin. This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity for entry-level professionals to play a vital role in delivering quality care to our residents, including veterans and their families.

As an LPN at our facility, you will be integral in providing compassionate healthcare services in a supportive environment. Located conveniently approximately 20 minutes from Johnson City, Tennessee, and 40 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina, we pride ourselves on fostering a familial atmosphere where every staff member is valued. We offer a competitive salary range of $25.50 - $34.60 hourly, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and vital signs
  • Assist in daily living activities to ensure residents’ comfort and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements
