Our products are used by healthcare providers, medical organizations, and industry partners across the globe.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to both hands-on operational support and back-end administrative responsibilities, giving you a well-rounded introduction to the day-to-day operations of a global manufacturing environment.

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll spend your time working alongside the manufacturing and operations teams, helping keep production activities organized and information moving between departments.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily manufacturing and operational activities to help keep production on schedule
  • Enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, and order information in internal systems
  • Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and other documentation
  • Coordinate information between manufacturing, warehouse, customer service, and other internal departments
  • Monitor orders, materials, and production activity and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking, and other day-to-day operational tasks
  • Review information for accuracy and help identify discrepancies or missing information

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse, manufacturing, or another fast-paced environment
