A great entry-level opportunity to start in the manufacturing industry within a growing company!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deburr parts as needed using proper tools.
  • Hone parts.
  • Pack parts
  • Wash and dip parts.
  • Ability to learn to drill, tap and flange.
  • Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Occasionally receive, validate, and process incoming parts from outside sources. Activities of this role include notification to purchasing of missing/discrepant packing slips, entering transactions into E2, and handling and processing all necessary paperwork.
  • Any other task assigned by management

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be:
  • Able to read job travelers.
  • Able to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Able to punch in and out as needed on computers.
  • Able to effectively use computers.
  • Have solid basic math skills.

Abilities:
  • Good listening, problem sensitivity, quick response reaching time, arm-hand steadiness and rate control.
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining and entering accurate information in B&B ERP system.
  • Analyzing information and evaluation results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Providing information to supervisors and co-workers via telephone, written form, e-mail or in person.
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate those that cannot be met.
  • Must follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B.
  • Ability to stand on hard surface for the entire work shift.
  • Frequent walking.
