  • Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window tinting, and holiday-light installation
  • Safely use ladders, tools, vehicles, and professional equipment
  • Learn our quality, safety, and customer-service standards

Lead the Team

  • Set the pace and model professional behavior
  • Help train, coach, and support technicians

  • Build and retain a dependable team
  • Manage employee performance and accountability
  • Coordinate crews, routes, equipment, and daily production

  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Interest in building a long-term management career
  • Willingness to consider future relocation for advancement

Experience in window cleaning or pressure washing is not required. We can teach the technical work. We are looking for someone who already understands responsibility, urgency, customer service, and team leadership.
