Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate active calendars in a fast-paced environment, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients through phone and email communication
  • Build positive relationships with clients and team members through consistent, professional communication and follow-up
  • Maintain organized files, records, and other important information in accordance with established office procedures
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to keep the team running efficiently
  • Assist with a variety of team initiatives and projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and overall efficiency as you gain experience in the role


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred – May 2025 and May 2026 graduates highly encouraged to apply!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to speak with clients and colleagues by phone and email
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities
