This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow.

The ideal Operations Support Specialist will interact with Floorplan Xpress's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The Operations Support Specialist will assist in managing office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the various markets across the country.

An Operations Support Specialist with Floorplan Xpress will provide an excellent customer experience. They will handle all inbound calls, assist dealers, auctions and co-workers with originating new loans, collecting payments on current loans, providing information about titles and other questions. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for financial transactions including receiving payments for loans, reconciling daily transactions, and other functions related to daily financial processing.

An Operations Support Specialist will assist with the title process including receiving, verifying, and entering inbound titles, perfecting liens on titles, filing and auditing of titles, and other elements of title management. They will enjoy developing strong relationships with current dealers, auctions, other financial institutions and other industry connections.

A qualified Operations Support Specialist must have a high school diploma or equivalent, have a positive attitude, be bilingual in English/Spanish, be service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
