The Impact you will have in this role:

The Early Careers Analyst within the People Development (PD) team is responsible for executing, and continuously improving enterprise early career programs, including the EDGE analyst program.

This role partners closely with business leaders, campus recruiting, and external vendors to deliver a high-impact, consistent, and engaging development experience across the full early talent lifecycle-from onboarding through performance evaluations and program completion. This role is part of a shared services model, where in addition to the key responsibilities, the analyst will also support various projects across the People Development team as needed.ย 

Your Primary Responsibilities:
ย 

  • Coordinate and execute core components of the EDGE program, including Orientation / Welcome Week, Learning Series, and training sessions
  • Manage logistics end-to-end (scheduling, communications, materials, vendor coordination)
  • Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across cohorts
  • Serve as a central point of contact for EDGE analysts by monitoring engagement and completion of required activities and coordinating key program requirements, including onboarding and orientation, mentor and buddy engagement, learning and development activities, and mid-year and year-end assessments.
  • Partner with campus recruiting, business liaisons and managers, and HR Business Partners to align intern-to-EDGE pipelines, support onboarding and rotations, and drive performance feedback, talent outcomes, and development needs.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to gather program effectiveness feedback, support performance and engagement conversations, ensure alignment between program design and business needs, and facilitate structured performance management processes, including ongoing feedback collection and program evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by synthesizing program feedback and metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance participant experience and efficiency, evolving program structures, and supporting Early Careers strategy through alignment, standardization, and strengthened development pathways across internship and EDGE programs.
  • Maintain program tools, trackers, and documentation (e.g., schedules, onboarding materials, program assets)
