Job description

Position Overview

As a key member of our inland transportation and 3PL operations team, you will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating drivers and equipment, handling settlements, and supporting customer communication.

You will work closely with the sales team to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inland transportation dispatch and manage drivers & equipment
  • Perform inventory tracking and handle billing / settlement processes
  • Monitor shipments and respond to customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team on customer service and revenue management
  • Respond to operational issues as needed (including on-call situations)

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Korean/English) required
  • Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Work Conditions & Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience
