Description
UR2 is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team in Woodstock, GA. This position offers a consistent schedule of 20-25 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.
In this role, you'll support the post-repossession process by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage lot, and helping customers in a professional and courteous manner. You'll play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team.

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:
  • Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
  • Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner
  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction
  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
  • Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$17/hour
*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.
We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
Requirements
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Requires good time management and organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Physical Work Environment
  • Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
