A propos de l'opportunite

Le groupe Controle des Produits et Comptabilite (Product & Accounting Control - PAC) est responsable des rapprochements de tresorerie, du rapprochement des profits et pertes (P&L) avec les sous-grands livres, de la justification des soldes du bilan, de la gestion des frais et du processus de facturation, ainsi que des responsabilites generales liees a la comptabilite, au controle et a la production de rapports.

Le groupe prepare egalement des rapports destines a la haute direction concernant les principaux indicateurs de risque (KRI) et les principaux indicateurs de performance (KPI).

Principales responsabilites

  • Effectuer les rapprochements de tresorerie ( Nostro ), des positions et des profits et pertes (P&L) pour les activites des marches mondiaux.
  • Effectuer les rapprochements entre les systemes sources et le grand livre general ainsi que la justification des soldes du grand livre.
  • Realiser des examens de controle des activites effectuees par les equipes partenaires d'ISPL.
  • Enqueter sur les ecarts, les analyser et les resoudre, notamment au moyen d'ecritures comptables afin d'assurer la concordance du grand livre.
  • Collaborer avec differents services afin de resoudre les enjeux en suspens.
  • Participer a des projets, notamment des mises a niveau de systemes, des implantations et des initiatives d'automatisation.
  • Fournir un soutien pour diverses taches ponctuelles et la production de rapports, au besoin.
  • Contribuer directement au cadre de controle permanent des operations de BNPP.

Profil recherche

Formation

  • Baccalaureat en finance, comptabilite, economie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Moyenne cumulative (GPA) de 2,75 ou plus.

Competences

  • Bonne comprehension des principes comptables et de la preparation des ecritures comptables.
  • Bonne maitrise d'Excel et des fonctions de base (RECHERCHEV/VLOOKUP, tableaux croises dynamiques, etc.).
  • Les nouveaux diplomes sont les bienvenus.
  • Deux annees ou plus d'experience dans un poste similaire constituent un atout, sans etre obligatoires.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication ecrite et orale, avec aisance a interagir a tous les niveaux hierarchiques.
  • Excellentes competences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement et a respecter des echeances serrees.

About the Opportunity 

Product & Accounting Control Group (PAC) is a department that handles cash reconciliations, P&L reconciliation to sub-ledger, balance sheet substantiation, covering Fees and invoicing process, as well as general accounting, control, and reporting responsibilities. In addition, this Group prepares upper management reporting regarding Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance indicator reports. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform cash "Nostro", Positions and P&L reconciliations for Global Market activities. 
  • Perform Source system to Ledger reconciliations and substantiations of the General Ledger balances. 
  • Oversight reviews of controls performed by partner ISPL teams. 
  • Investigation and resolution of break items including journal postings to align the ledger 
  • Collaboration with various departments to reach resolutions for outstanding issues 
  • Assist on projects including but not limited to system upgrades, implementations, & automations.    
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties and reporting as assigned. 
  • Make a direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
