POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for   administering, optimizing, and activating USA Mortgage's CRM platform (Total   Expert) to support loan officer productivity, digital visibility, and   compliant marketing execution.

Primary objectives

This role combines hands-on CRM administration with   digital marketing enablement, ensuring the CRM connects seamlessly with local   online presence, reputation management, and digital advertising efforts. This   Marketing position also works closely with Sales, Training, Compliance, and   external partners to deliver scalable, effective marketing support to the   field.

SPECIFIC Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and system owner for Total Expert.
  • Configure and maintain journeys, workflows, templates, permissions, licensing, and      user access.
  • Manage user onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and ongoing system hygiene.
  • Ensure CRM messaging, automation, and campaigns align with USA Mortgage branding, compliance, and communication standards.
  • Monitor platform updates and enhancements, coordinate testing, rollout, and      internal communication.
  • Establish governance and change-management practices to maintain system integrity      and consistency.
  • Identify and implement CRM-driven improvements that increase efficiency, adoption, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support  loan officer digital enablement through CRM-connected initiatives, including: 
    • Google Business Profile management
    • Reputation management and review support
    • Digital advertising campaign execution and tracking
  • Serve as an escalation resource for loan officers and internal teams.
  • Track and report on CRM usage, adoption, and digital marketing performance      metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support integrated marketing and CRM      initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Total Expert a must
  • Familiarity with Google   Business Profiles, online reputation management, or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Highly organized  with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable   working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage sales and marketing workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft   Office tools.
  • Able to learn quickly, adapt to change, and exercise sound judgment.
