Step Into a Key Role Supporting Our Sales Team!
We're seeking a dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused Relief Route Sales Representative to provide coverage and support for multiple sales routes. This role ensures our customers continue to receive outstanding service during vacations, absences, and route transitions. You'll work with over 150 product types while building strong relationships and helping drive sales.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide coverage for various established sales routes, servicing 40-60 accounts per week.
  • Order, deliver, stock, and rotate products according to company standards.
  • Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays.
  • Manage schedules to meet customer needs across multiple territories.
  • Build relationships with store personnel and decision-makers to generate additional sales.
  • Operate and maintain a route truck, load/unload products, and keep equipment clean and organized.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately, neatly, and on time.
  • Participate in meetings and trainings for new products and promotions.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
  • Previous full-time work experience (retail grocery, direct store delivery, or truck driving preferred).
  • Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new routes, products, and schedules.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling carts up to 150 lbs., and working in all weather conditions.
  • Flexibility Required: May need to work outside of the standard division at times to cover additional routes.
