Candidates must reside within close proximity to a Milan Laser clinic.
Compensation: $149,760 Annually

This is a full-time, salaried role designed for nurses who enjoy local travel and variety while benefiting from the stability, support, and career growth of a national organization.
Traveling Metro Providers support Milan's clinic locations across the region, ensuring clients receive treatment when coverage is needed while supporting local teams.
Position Summary:
The Provider is the face of Milan's promise. Each treatment blends medical precision with empathy and professionalism so every client feels safe, informed, and confident in their results.
As a Traveling Metro Nurse Practitioner (NP) Provider, you will deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols within a 60-mile radius of your home clinic. In this role, you ensure continuity of care while helping clients understand their treatment progress and achieve their desired results.
Your Ability to Make a Difference:
  • Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
  • Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
  • Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
  • Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan's standards of professionalism.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols
  • Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
  • Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
  • Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
  • Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
  • Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
  • Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required
  • For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required
  • Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
  • A valid driver's license required
  • Residence within close proximity to a Milan Laser clinic
  • Following successful completion of provider training, Metro Traveling Providers must demonstrate the ability to help train new providers.
Supporting Details
Travel Expectations:
Assignments are coordinated by Milan's Scheduling Team, with mileage related travel expenses covered. Travel by vehicle is required. Assignment locations vary depending on business demand and may include support across any of Milan's locations within the surrounding metro area, with flexibility needed for business needs including same-day assignments.
