Customer Service

Mackin’s Auto Body is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative (CSR) with exemplary customer service skills for our Tesla certified location. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who demonstrates follow through while multi-tasking. In this entry level position, you will receive ongoing training and a chance to grow within our highly successful company.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Greet all customers upon arrival, qualify the customer and vehicle, and determine their specific needs
  • Based on customer input, assure their understanding of the collision repair/ claims process
  • Inform the customer of the positive qualities of Mackin’s Auto Body
  • Obtain necessary customer information
  • Take photos to document the needed estimate
  • Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may impede our repairs
  • Set up an appointment for estimate and /or date
  • Perform the pre-repair inspection upon drop off with the customer
  • Maintain contact with the customer during the repair and proactively inform them if anticipated delivery date changes
  • Review vehicle post repair for repair/ refinish condition
  • Filing, paperwork as needed
