Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Development & Validation (Year 1 Focus)
  • Develop and refine robotic process concepts for assembly and material handling applications
  • Define requirements for Robotic systems, End-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and Cycle time and efficiency optimization
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and proof-of-concept validation
  • Collaborate with suppliers and integrators to evaluate and improve solutions
  • Contribute to standardization of automation solutions across plants
Supplier & Integration Support
  • Work closely with automation vendors and integrators to define system specifications
  • Support technical evaluations, testing, and validation of supplier deliverables
  • Contribute to supplier selection in partnership with purchasing teams
